The Premarital Workshop
Session 1 focuses on distinguishing between the superficial content of couple's arguments and the emotional process that underlies them, as well as providing strategies for effectively expressing emotion.
Session 2 & 3 delves into the role of attachment during childhood and its potential influence on the couple's current and future relationship.
Session 4 prepares couples with practical tools for conflict de-escalation and easy strategies for creating emotional intimacy.
